Mr. Jeremy is responsible within Ofcom for implementing the outcomes of the Independent Audit of Spectrum Holdings. In particular his responsibilities involve developing the necessary legal and technical enablers, and incentives, to promote spectrum efficiency for public sector, aeronautical and maritime spectrum users.
His role requires close collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, as well as the UK’s civil aeronautical and maritime authorities. Jeremy has a background in competition and economic regulation in the UK prior to which he worked in the private sector in the UK and New Zealand.
